Baltic-Nordic Residency Forum aims to bring together artists in residencies networks from Estonia, Finland and Sweden.
Residency networks LOORE, FAIRE and SWAN aim to build up a long-term network and involve other Baltic and Nordic residency networks in it.
The project aims to achieve a dual goal: to assist Estonian, Finnish, and Swedish networks of creative residencies in developing sustainable organizational work models and to establish a collaboration platform for organizers of artist-in-residence programs in these countries, promoting the sharing of best practices, facilitating exchanges, and stimulating collaborations within the Nordic-Baltic region.

Within the framework of the joint project, 9 residencies from LOORE network will host 10 Ukrainian creatives in Estonia in 2025-2026. The two-month residencies held in various Estonian creative residencies will offer 10 Ukrainian creatives a safe creative environment and networking opportunities. Scholarships will cover accommodation, transportation and stipend for 2 months.
Funded residency program will give artists the opportunity to make use of the different available opportunities of the organisations and the unique networking possibilities, such as visits, workshops, talks and programs in other locations.
